|Adult||Child||Family||Group||Patron Adult||Patron Child|
There are no differences in the experience or level of service. The pricing tiers simply reflect the demand for tickets at that date and time. Patron fares are a benefit of patron level membership in the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation and require a special code.
Child rates are for people 12 and under. Children 2 and under are free, provided they do not occupy a seat.
Group fares are for 10 or more people traveling (and purchasing) together. If there are many children in the party the group fare may not be the least costly way to ticket your group. Groups need to be in line together to be seated together. Groups do not necessarily get their choice of car.
The Family fare is a bundle of 2 adult and 2 child tickets.
Tickets are subject to: a) a per-ticket service charge and b) if purchased by phone or on the web, a transaction charge.
Our waiting area and trains are heated and quite comfortable.
All trips this year will be pulled by the SP 4449.
The Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation is dedicated to making our rail excursions accessible to everyone. Unfortunately, the structural features of these historic rail cars limit access for visitors who use wheelchairs or other wheeled devices, at this time. Click here for more information.
This site is not automatically connected to TicketsWest — please call or click over to them for the latest ticket inventory.
Net proceeds will be used to operate the Rail Heritage Center in the OMSI District, home of Portland’s historic steam locomotives.
